Update on shipping arrangements for deliveries to EU addresses

Since the end of the Brexit transition period on 31 December 2020, we have been working hard to maintain business as usual and keep orders flowing to our customers in the European Union. After temporarily suspending the service in June 2022, we resumed our EU standard tracked shipping service on August 08, 2022

We are pleased to announce that, since the beginning of September, custom delays have been kept to a minimum and our EU standard tracked shipping service has improved significantly.

This has given us confidence that most parcels shipped using this service will take approximately one week to arrive. We hope that this delivery time will shorten further in the coming months.

While we hope that the improvements in the tracked service delivery times will continue, customs delays and Covid impacts may persist throughout the remainder of 2022 and into 2023. Consequently, we urge customers with strict deadlines to select our EU express tracked shipping option. If you have any queries regarding this, please contact us at info@nhbs.com.
